It will be soon 2 years since we turned "professional". This means a lot! When we turn professional, the mindset changes, read more here of what it means to be a professional. Nevertheless, being professional doesn't mean we are going to be a stuck up organisation, it is more about getting things done while deriving joy from the work that we do. Joy is the source of our motivation. We do only what gives us joy or find ways to enjoy the work we do.

So, how do we motivate ourselves, let's look at some core areas:

• Our Business Philosophy: We are growth consulting company, that helps enterprises to scale - in simple terms, we help them from generating leads to eventual deals.
• We are currently focused on IT, but who knows?
• We enjoy working in India, Middle East, South East Asia and the US., for some strange reason, we flew past Europe.
• Our Delivery Philosophy- We are a digital first company, what does this mean? It means, that our scalability is dependent upon us stitching together a digital tech stack that help our client's sales people to close more deals.
• Given that we are a digital first company, we don't push our clients to buy our stack, we absorb the development, deployment and managing the stack and its costs. 
• We understand the risks that come with being Digital First, when actually sales is an art created between the seller and the buyer and we cannot discount the human-in-the loop in the sales process. We are cognizant, that some service offerings need more than digital first, and we will make the endeavour to plug the gaps.
• Our pricing to our clients have to be all inclusive - we don't add layer any of our services.
• Having the lowest friction in pricing between us and our clients brings joy. 
• Let's talk about transparency - We are transparent with our clients on the efforts that we put on a weekly basis, this is the only way, we know if our ideas are working. 
• Now, let's talk about our people philosophy: We are a 100% work-from-home company, It makes so much of sense- because trust is the cornerstone of joy. When you trust your stakeholders and when they trust you, lot more gets done.
• Our philosophy of work is to weave life into work and not the otherway round. Life takes prominence, when our stakeholders are given space, empowered to engage and focus on their personal lives, we create space for creative juices that come to the play at work - which then drives more joy.
• Our Partners & Collaboration: We love to engage with like minded partners - business, tech, advisors and independent consultants, who bring in creativity, freshness and new ideas to how we can tackle the challenges of getting the business that our clients desire.
